Bir tanesi ingilizce olmak üzere toplam 5 soru soruldu. Bunların hepsi, gerek iş gerekse özel yaşantınızda karşılaştığınız zorlukları nasıl aştığınızı,liderlik özelliklerinizi, yaratıcılığınızı ve uyumunuzu ölçmeye yönelik sorulardı. Maille de size mülakat öncesi gönderdikleri sorular aşağıdaki gibi. Evet önceden hazırlanma şansınız var soruları bildiğiniz için, ama siz her ne kadar kendindene min ve hazırlıklı cevap verseniz de mülakatı gerçekleştirenler yanıtlalrınızdan tatmin olmuyor ve sürekli yeni sorular da sorup, sizi sıkıştırıyorlar.
